All orders placed via our website are shipped using overnight Couriers. Delivery cost to Mainland UK is £15+VAT
We endeavour to dispatch all orders made on our website within 1-2 working days. You will receive an automatic dispatch notification when the item leaves our warehouse.
Ezeestretch does not take any responsibility for delays outside of its control and does not guarantee next day delivery on its standard delivery service. Delays caused by the courier or adverse weather conditions could have an effect on your delivery. Once your shipment has been picked and dispatched, it is the courier’s responsibility to deliver the item in a timely manner.
We only ship to Mainland UK (excluding surcharge areas, Ireland sand Highlands). For all other regions and countries, please contact us before placing your order for a delivery quote to your area.
Please ensure that you report any damaged items on arrival. Please sign for the parcel as ‘Damaged’ and report to Ezeestretch as soon as possible to allow us to take remedial action. Any reports of damage after 24 hours after delivery cannot be resolved.
We aim to keep our stock levels correct on the website but sometimes products may become out of stock. If your order is placed and the item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible when the item will be back in stock and your order options available to you.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a delivery where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
